Wall Structure: Our foldable house features ASTM high tensile steel wall frames covered with 10mm fiber cement sheets for durability and strength.

Roof Structure: The roof trusses are made of high tensile steel and covered with 0.5mm colorbond roof sheets, providing reliable protection.

Ceiling: Enjoy insulation and soundproofing with 10mm integrated wall panels in the ceiling.

Exterior Wall: The exterior wall is built with metal-PU sandwich boards and glasswool insulation for optimal thermal efficiency.

Flooring: Wet areas have 15mm fiber cement board underneath, while dry areas feature 15mm OSB board with glasswool insulation. Bathrooms boast SPC flooring, while other areas have 12mm MDF flooring.

Windows and Doors: Double-glazed aluminum sliding windows and doors offer both aesthetics and energy efficiency. The entrance door is aluminum double-glazed, while the bathroom door is veneer film MDF. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, faucet, and vanity with a mirror.
