Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of New Zealand, the NZ Cabin offers a cozy retreat within its compact footprint. Spanning 3.6x2.4 meters, this cabin provides a modest area of 8.64 square meters, perfectly suited for a variety of purposes, including temporary accommodation, short-term rentals, or as an addition to your backyard.
Crafted with precision and attention to detail, the NZ Cabin features a robust wall structure comprised of ASTM high tensile steel wall frames, ensuring durability and strength. These frames are elegantly clad with 10mm fiber cement sheets, offering both protection and aesthetic appeal.
The roof structure, constructed with high tensile steel trusses and 0.5mm colorbond roof sheets, provides reliable shelter from the elements, making the NZ Cabin suitable for various weather conditions.
Inside, the cabin boasts a comfortable living space adorned with 10mm integrated wall panels in the ceiling, providing insulation and soundproofing for added comfort. The exterior walls are insulated with metal-PU sandwich boards and glasswool insulation, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency.
The flooring is designed for durability and comfort, with wet areas featuring 15mm fiber cement board and dry areas equipped with 15mm OSB board and glasswool insulation. The cabin is furnished with double-glazed aluminum sliding windows and doors for energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
