Introducing Hollie Foldable House, a remarkable project by DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE, leaders in foldable housing innovation. With a patent secured for their groundbreaking foldable house design, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE continues to redefine modern living.

Nestled within the realms of versatility and comfort, Hollie Foldable House stands as a testament to compact yet functional living. Spanning 5.8x3 meters, this cozy abode, known as the Foldable House, offers a total area of 17.4 square meters, complemented by a deck measuring 17.4 square meters.

Crafted with precision and durability in mind, Hollie Foldable House features a robust wall structure comprising ASTM high tensile steel wall frames covered with 10mm fiber cement sheets. The roof trusses, also made of high tensile steel, are clad with 0.5mm colorbond roof sheets for reliable protection against the elements.

Inside, the ceiling is fitted with 10mm integrated wall panels, providing insulation and soundproofing. The exterior wall is constructed with metal-PU sandwich boards and glasswool insulation, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency.

Underfoot, wet areas boast 15mm fiber cement board for durability, while dry areas feature 15mm OSB board with glasswool insulation. Bathrooms are appointed with SPC flooring, while other areas feature 12mm MDF flooring.

Windows and doors are designed for both aesthetics and energy efficiency, featuring double-glazed aluminum sliding windows and doors. The entrance door is aluminum double-glazed, while the bathroom door is veneer film MDF. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, faucet, and vanity with a mirror, completing the functional yet stylish interior.
