  • Eligibility for Return: The kit home components must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered. Partial or used kits are not eligible for returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built homes or items that have been modified or specially ordered for a specific project are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • Damage During Return: DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping. Please ensure the product is carefully packaged before shipping it back.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned kit is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned items.
